Jessica Miracle

Founder & Chief Enchantment Officer

With a heartful of magic and a passion for empowering children, Jess Miracle created Adagio Dance to be a place where every child can discover their own unique sparkle. With 25 years experience and a deep love for cultivating confidence, Miss Jess combines her love for storytelling, movement, and child development to bring the Adagio Universe to life.

When she's not weaving magic at Adagio, you'll find her at the ice rink cheering on her son, who plays hockey, or enjoying a movie adventure in the theater.

Miss Jessica’s favorite Adagio value is Believe. “We all want someone to believe in us, but more importantly, learning to believe in yourself will change the course of your life”

Courtney Gross

Enchanted Support Specialist & Fairy Godmother (aka Dance Educator)

Miss Courtney is the glue that holds the studio together! She runs the office and is also a very talented preschool dance teacher. She has a degree from Colorado State University in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis on Adolescents and Families. Miss Courtney is YPAD certified. She has also passed a background check and holds current CPR and First Aid Certifications.

Miss Courtney is an animal lover. Besides her own 3 dogs and 4 cats, she also fosters animals for our local animal shelters.

Miss Courtney’s favorite Adagio value is Become. “It's so important to be open to growth at any and all stages of life! There is always something more we can learn and new ways we can challenge ourselves."

Isabel Holt

Fairy Godmother (aka Dance Educator)

Ms. Isabel loves teaching dance and is passionate about helping kids learn and grow through dance! Her favorite style is ballet and she trains in it weekly so she is always working on herself too!

Outside of the studio she loves to read and go on hikes with her friends.

Her favorite value is Become because it is so powerful to watch dancers exceed beyond what they even thought they could accomplish.

Payton Hollar

Fairy Godmother (aka Dance Educator)

Miss Payton took her first dance class at the age of three and has been dancing ever since! She is trained in tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and pointe. She competed for five years of her dance career, traveling to different cities to perform. She had many performance opportunities including dancing at a Cleveland Cavaliers game and in the Nutcracker All Jazzed Up.

Her favorite studio value is Belong! "I had the wonderful opportunity to grow up surrounded by amazing dance team members and teachers who became like a second family to me! The dance studio always felt like a home away from home where I felt like I belonged. Having a safe space where you can feel a sense of community is a vital part of growing up and I am honored to be a part of a place that cultivates a healthy environment for growing dancers."

In her free time she enjoys knitting and crocheting and when the weather is nice she likes to hike and paddle board! When she has a long weekend she likes to travel to see her family out of state. One fun fact about Payton is that she has climbed two 14ers.

Star Ritchie

Fairy Godmother (aka Dance Educator)

Ms. Star teaches ballet, Jazz, hip hop, tap, gymnastics and the only teacher at Adagio that teaches poms. She is YPAD certified, has a clean background check, and is CPR certified.

When she is not dancing, she is a full time kindergarten teachers assistant. If you can't find her in the classroom or the studio you'll find her lost in the mountains. Did you know she can spin and eat fire?!

Her favorite value is Belong, "every child, teacher, and grownup that enter our door has a safe place where they belong. Once a child feels they belong they can start to believe in their self which in turn helps them become their best self"

Alex Martin

Greeter of the Realm (aka Front Desk Specialist)

Miss Alex' primary focus is making sure everyone in and out of our studio feels our studio values.

Alex graduated from CMU with a degree in Kinesiology K-12 Teaching and holds current CPR and First Aid certifications and a clean background check.

When Alex isn't working, you can find her in her garden, outside, hiking, mountain biking and snowboarding or hanging out with her chickens.

Alex's favorite studio value is Become. "I love learning and through that shape who we become. We should always be changeling ourselves to reach our goals, big or small."
